Good location, nice views from rooftop, friendly staff

Limited parking access!!! Room had a strange smell and inadequate cleanliness!!! Loud surrounding noise made for poor sleeping conditions!!! Better soundproofing and higher cleanliness standards would greatly improve the experience!!!

Outstanding location just blocks from the cathedral, coupled with warm and attentive staff made our stay truly pleasant. The free breakfast served on the rooftop offered beautiful views at sunrise.

Some areas of the hotel seemed to need a refresh, leaving a slight impression of wear and tear that true perfectionists might find off-putting.

Staying at M Hoteles Concepto was delightful! The rooftop breakfast provided stunning views over the city and a delicious selection of hot meals. The staff were exceptionally accommodating, allowing early check-in and offering guidance throughout my stay. The location was perfect, just a few blocks from the cathedral and historic center.

Had a great time with friends! We explored the cathedral and the local markets. The staff was super friendly and helped us with everything. The breakfast on the rooftop was a highlight, and the location made it easy to see the city. Highly recommend for a fun stay with friends.

One downside was the noise from the reception area at night. It was a bit disruptive, especially when we were trying to relax after a long day of exploring.

I had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the great showers and the comfy bed with soft linens. The hotel offered a nice rooftop area for breakfast and a cozy courtyard for relaxing. The only downside was the lack of a lift, so be ready for some stairs, but it’s worth it for the ambiance! 😊

It was just an optimal selection for a quick stop in Morelia with good value. The breakfast was tasty, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper due to some noise at night.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, excellent location just three blocks from the cathedral, allowing for easy exploration of the historic center and great access to public transport for getting around the city.

Wi-Fi worked well, but there's no elevator and lots of stairs to carry luggage.

The Superior Villa was pretty comfy! AC worked great, and I loved the firm mattress and soft linens. The balcony had fantastic views, especially at sunset. The room was a bit small, but it had decent storage and a nice bathroom. Only downside was that some parts of the hotel felt like they could use a little facelift, but the vibes were good. Free breakfast on the rooftop with excellent views was definitely a plus.

The hotel has a fantastic rooftop terrace where breakfast is served, providing lovely views while also being a short stroll to major attractions like the morelia cathedral and museo casa natal de morelos, which are both under a kilometer away. i loved being able to explore the quaint streets and discover local shops, cafes, and parks within minutes!
